TOURISM

Brittany, land of legend, the land of legends

The Sea - L’Armor

The coast of  ‘Côtes d’Armor’ is formed by many bays,
sandy beaches and  rocky headlands
that break the waves of the emerald sea.
It is this colour that gives the coast its name,
Côte d’Emeraude.

The official naturist beach of
Le Lourtuais at Erquy is 33 km from Pallieter.

The Land - L’Argoat

In the woods and on the banks of lakes and rivers
you may encounter dwarfs and fairies
as you are in the land of Merlin the enchanter.

The medieval town of Dinan,
protected by its high ramparts
and situated on the banks of the Rance,
will surprise you with its half-timbered houses
and narrow streets.

Not far from here,
on the other bank of the Rance,
on the Channel coast,
you will find the impressive town of  Saint Malo,
fortified by Vauban.

Following the Rance in the direction of Dinard,
you will pass  ‘le Barrage de la Rance’
(the most important electricity-supplier of Brittany)
